Order Processing Time
We strive to prepare and process every order as swiftly as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you updated via email throughout the fulfillment process.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure dependable and secure delivery:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days across the contiguous United States.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Coverage
Teesofus ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once it has been accepted by the carrier. If tracking indicates “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or stolen, please take the following steps:
Verify that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
Check with neighbors or household members who might have received the package.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking details.
If your package still cannot be located, please reach out to us at support@teesofus.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Our team will investigate and work with you toward a fair resolution.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address Policy
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you promptly. You may choose to:
Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or
Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, to ensure faster fulfillment, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
