Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Teesofus shipped a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
